Senior HR Business Partner, EPD

Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data leaders to scale high-performing teams during rapid growth. Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, headcount and resourcing, and talent reviews. Coach managers and leaders through hypergrowth, support performance and leadership development, and use engagement and workforce data to identify risks and improve team effectiveness. Work with People Ops to build scalable people programs and manager enablement.
