Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with project objectives and client requirements.
  • •Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer major contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks; lead claims preparation, negotiation, and dispute resolution with legal advisors when needed.
  • •Support cost forecasting, cash flow management, and commercial reporting with finance and project controls.
  • •Act as primary commercial interface with clients and stakeholders; lead and mentor a team of contract administrators, quantity surveyors, and commercial managers.
