Job Summary

Lead the electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, plumbing and fire fighting MEP scope for a complex project from design through on-site execution. Coordinate with vendors, clients and consultants, review drawings and specifications, manage cost, and supervise on-site MEP activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the complete lifecycle of the project, focusing on electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing and fire fighting.
•Coordinate with multiple vendors and contribute to technical design briefs, analyses, and design coordination.
•Lead and supervise on-site MEP construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.
•Review and redesign MEP drawings and material schedules, and supervise site activities to control costs and ensure timely completion.
•Coordinate electro-mechanical activities with client, consultants, suppliers, site engineers and subcontractors; participate in VO negotiations with subcontractors and clients.

Key Requirements

•Engineering Diploma / B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
•Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage
•Experience of working for a construction consultancy in India; degree in a relevant construction subject with strong technical skills
•12-15 years post-qualification experience in a similar role
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
