Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop procedures and Best Known Methods to service new products.
  • •Contribute to the FMECA process and participate in or own first chamber Build & Test activities in the Apps lab.
  • •Solve issues or partner with Engineering to address issues identified, including collaborating with Manufacturing on new product final test procedures (if required).
  • •Partner with Quality & Reliability to review Top Field Issues and participate in or own the CAPA process.
  • •Develop and document installation, retrofit, and maintenance procedures (Technical Product Manuals), create troubleshooting materials, and train customer/internal engineering teams prior to ELS shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Prior semiconductor equipment experience, especially thin film (CVD/PVD) tools.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders of various seniorities.
  • •Experience developing procedures and training materials for technical support activities.
