Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day delivery of ServiceNow implementation and consulting projects across multiple modules.
  • •Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables, using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • •Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, and forecasts to ensure delivery success.
  • •Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, and drive mitigation and resolution.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide regular client/internal status updates, governance support, and transition activities through go-live and project closure.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of project management experience in technology delivery or professional services, ideally client-facing or consulting environments.
  • •Experience managing ServiceNow projects or comparable enterprise platform implementations using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies.
  • •Ability to develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery forecasts.
  • •Experience managing project budgets (labor hours, resource forecasts, burn rates, estimate-to-complete) and identifying variances early.
  • •Working knowledge of scope management and change-control processes, including statements of work, assumptions, deliverables, and contractual commitments.
