Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily facilities operations, including leasehold improvements, equipment upkeep, and site maintenance.
  • •Ensure office equipment and workspace are functional and ready through inspections and preventive/corrective maintenance.
  • •Supervise contractors for general repairs, pest control, and scheduled maintenance; oversee seating assignments, relocations, and partition installations.
  • •Resolve facilities requests via ticketing systems, monitor queues to prevent backlog, and coordinate approvals with stakeholders.
  • •Support site build-outs and renovations, monitor utilities (electricity and water), maintain AMC and compliance documentation, and uphold health and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
  • •Willingness to work extended hours or flexible schedules and to report on-site at Sutherland Pili CamSur.
  • •Knowledgeable in civil and structural building construction, including interior and exterior works.
  • •Hands-on experience operating and maintaining generator sets and UPS systems, and ability to evaluate vendor preventive maintenance reports.
