Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full-cycle procure-to-pay (P2P) process for CAPEX, OPEX, and services.
  • •Manage daily indirect procurement activities including PR processing, RFQs, price benchmarking, and SAP PO creation/release.
  • •Source suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate logistics including approvals, customs clearance, and timely delivery.
  • •Oversee GMP-QMS compliance activities (Change Controls, CAPA, Deviations) and design/test internal controls aligned to corporate risk matrices and audits.
  • •Maintain vendor relationships, coordinate with Finance for timely payments, track monthly KPIs, and lead on-the-job training for the indirect procurement team.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for indirect procurement, including CAPEX, OPEX, and services.
  • •Manage purchasing operations end to end (PR processing, RFQs, historical price benchmarking, SAP PO creation/release).
  • •Source new suppliers and negotiate commercial terms while overseeing freight finalization, forwarder nominations, and international logistics deliverables.
  • •Handle GMP-QMS activities including Change Controls, CAPA, and Deviations, with knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 (HSE).
  • •Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience with SAP and Ariba proficiency and advanced MS Office/Power BI capabilities.
