Job Summary

Lead the full-cycle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for CAPEX, OPEX, and services, managing indirect procurement from PR processing and RFQs through SAP PO creation/release and vendor payment. Own supplier sourcing and contract negotiation, coordinate international logistics and customs clearance, and ensure compliance with GMP-QMS, CAPA, change controls, deviations, and ISO 14001:2015. Track monthly KPIs and train the indirect procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle for CAPEX, OPEX, and services, including daily PR processing, RFQs, historical price benchmarking, and SAP PO creation/release for indirect procurement.
•Source new suppliers and negotiate commercial terms, including freight finalization and forwarder nominations.
•Oversee international logistics, including MOH approvals, pre-alert documentation, customs clearance, and timely delivery.
•Manage GMP-QMS activities (Change Controls, CAPA, Deviations) and internal controls aligned with corporate risk matrices; support internal audits.
•Maintain vendor relationships, coordinate with Finance for timely payment processing, generate monthly KPIs, and lead on-the-job training for the indirect procurement team.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10+ years in procurement, with experience in pharma machinery procurement and indirect procurement (CAPEX, OPEX, services, and IT).
•Engineering / BE in Mechanical or Electrical (or Operational) plus MBA and pharmaceutical studies.
•Hands-on QMS experience including CAPA, Change Controls, and Deviations.
•Technical proficiency in SAP and Ariba, with advanced MS Office skills and data visualization using Power BI.
•Experience leading team operations and on-the-job training for the indirect procurement team.
