Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and mentor a team of four Tax Seniors.
  • •Review US state and local tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.
  • •Review state tax modifications, apportionment calculations, and blended deferred tax rate and return-to-provision adjustments for US subsidiaries.
  • •Oversee e-filing of state and local tax returns, extensions, and quarterly estimated tax payments.
  • •Assist with state income tax audits, respond to state tax notices, and manage information requests from internal and external teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
  • •7+ years of experience in SALT.
  • •Strong working knowledge of US state and local tax rules and reporting obligations.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience using Corptax is required.
