Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the deep technical expert to solve complex data problems while defining best practices and design patterns for the Omni platform.
  • •Provide insight and guidance on how to leverage Omni’s AI features to maximise impact of the platform.
  • •Manage a portfolio of primarily Enterprise customers, overseeing scoping, resource allocation, and delivery approach.
  • •Act as the primary customer-facing technical contact, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • •Drive project results by managing consulting and delivery partners, ensuring alignment across all workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in technical consulting / project management, ideally in the data space.
  • •Fluent in English and French (CEFR C1/2) is essential.
  • •Deep hands-on expertise in data engineering and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Mode) with mastery of semantic layers like Omni or Looker.
  • •Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • •Experience across the full project lifecycle from positioning and scoping through to execution, ideally as a consultant.
