Job Summary

Lead the evolution of a global Product Catalog platform by defining unified taxonomy and product roadmap for a centralized, multi-tenant service. Own end-to-end NPI processes, standardize catalog governance and developer-facing API schemas with internal PIM tooling, and drive acquisition ingestion (e.g., Twilio Segment) into a cohesive billing and registry. Partner across platform engineering, finance, operations, and discovery teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and faster time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and execute a roadmap for a centralized, multi-tenant product catalog service, including global category hierarchies, data schemas, and parent-child variations.
•Design and scale an end-to-end NPI launch framework to standardize commercialization workflows and automate self-service SKU configuration and launches.
•Standardize catalog governance by designing developer-friendly API schemas and internal PIM UI tooling for self-serve listings, localization attributes, and pricing metadata.
•Lead ingestion and consolidation of legacy configurations and acquired product entities into a cohesive billing and product registry using ingestion pipelines and bulk operation tools.
•Ensure data quality and downstream accuracy by enforcing normalization and de-duplication standards while partnering across engineering, data infrastructure, finance, sales ops, and trust functions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10+ years of product management experience focused on APIs, developer tooling, distributed backend cloud architecture, or master data orchestration.
•Experience building or scaling enterprise platforms such as Enterprise PIM, CPQ engines, billing line registries, or multi-tenant graph architectures.
•Proven ability to define cross-functional NPI processes and manage SKU lifecycle state machines from Alpha/Beta to GA through deprecation and sunsetting.
•Strong architectural acumen working with principal engineers on database schema designs, graph databases, data entity relationships, and attribute modeling.
•BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent highly technical practical experience.
