Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of 8–12 Forward Deployed Engineers owning end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects in small teams.
  • •Scale the team through hiring, developing, and setting technical direction across concurrent engagements.
  • •Serve as escalation point for ambiguity, changing requirements, and hard technical tradeoffs; pressure-test integration approaches.
  • •Stay close to technology by reviewing architectures and diving in when a program needs it.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of industry experience with at least 2 years of recent technical leadership exposure.
  • •Production-grade SW experience deploying software and/or hardware systems to active customers (not R&D or one-off projects).
  • •Strong engineering background across software engineering, operating systems, and some hardware, with experience integrating and deploying complex systems.
  • •Proven mentor and leader of engineering talent with exceptional customer-facing skills and problem-solving ability.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
