Key Responsibilities

  • •Record and visually inspect all received cylinders for shipping damage, then store them in the Pre-Make Ready area racks.
  • •Remove and prepare the correct cylinders listed on set-up sheets, including staging for installation on press.
  • •Complete paperwork to ensure correct job number, cylinder number, unit number, and color for the press job.
  • •Disassemble, clean, and properly return cylinders and bearings; maintain and clean sumps and follow wash-solvent changing schedules.
  • •Operate the PRI Washer and follow OHSE, hazard materials/waste handling, and cGMP/HACCP/chain of custody requirements, including hazardous waste documentation when responsible.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or G.E.D. required.
  • •1 year previous experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • •Annual Hazardous Waste (external training) if applicable.
  • •Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform tasks requiring stooping, bending, reaching, and climbing.
  • •Must be able to rotate shifts and be available to work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
