Key Responsibilities

  • •Define strategy, planning, and execution for conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and field experiences.
  • •Manage event logistics end-to-end, including sponsorship deliverables, booth production, vendors, shipping, registration, staffing, travel, and onsite operations.
  • •Develop event objectives, audience strategies, activation plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • •Partner across Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align events with business priorities.
  • •Measure performance against KPIs (engagement, pipeline, opportunity acceleration, ROI) and lead post-event debriefs with recommendations.

Key Requirements
