Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site and remote technical support at customer and OEM sites across flexible packaging applications, diagnosing material, machine, and product interaction issues.
  • •Deliver detailed service reports and share actionable insights internally.
  • •Support packaging trials from initial testing to industrial scale-up, collaborating with R&D and customers to validate new products and machine compatibility.
  • •Drive troubleshooting and quality-related issue resolution through cross-functional work, including root cause analysis and claim resolution.
  • •Contribute to business growth by supporting technical trials and customer onboarding, maintaining relationships, and supporting specification changes and plant transfers.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering or scientific degree (or equivalent industry experience).
  • •2–3+ years of experience in flexible packaging or packaging machinery.
  • •Good understanding of converting processes and filling/packaging equipment.
  • •Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis.
  • •Fluent in French and English; willing to travel up to 70% across the region.
