Serve as the technical interface for flexible packaging solutions across EMEA, primarily in France. Drive quality issue resolution and root-cause analysis, contribute to customer onboarding and specification changes, and manage your schedule with frequent travel (up to 70%).

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site and remote technical support at customer and OEM sites across flexible packaging applications, diagnosing material, machine, and product interaction issues.
•Deliver detailed service reports and share actionable insights internally.
•Support packaging trials from initial testing to industrial scale-up, collaborating with R&D and customers to validate new products and machine compatibility.
•Drive troubleshooting and quality-related issue resolution through cross-functional work, including root cause analysis and claim resolution.
•Contribute to business growth by supporting technical trials and customer onboarding, maintaining relationships, and supporting specification changes and plant transfers.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Engineering or scientific degree (or equivalent industry experience).
•2–3+ years of experience in flexible packaging or packaging machinery.
•Good understanding of converting processes and filling/packaging equipment.
•Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis.
•Fluent in French and English; willing to travel up to 70% across the region.
