Key Responsibilities

•Seek approval and perform clearance duties for music-intensive television shows, ads, film festivals, documentaries, non-profits, live streams and live performances.
•Manage financial reports and provide weekly updates on progress for the fiscal year.
•Enter deal terms into Sony proprietary licensing system (GOLD) and work with Release Planning to create new ISRC codes for live performances, live streams and new covers.
•Oversee maintenance of accurate records and department files including sample and side artist splits, publishing information, artist approval contacts and exclusivity notices.
•Maintain multiple audio and assets libraries; adding metadata, tags and lyrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 48,000 - 50,000 annually
