Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and solve complex technical problems escalated from first line engineers, including in-fab support; identify pre-existing workarounds and determine corrective action.
  • •Advise on problem ownership to stakeholders and document all data relevant for resolution, ensuring clear handover and follow-up.
  • •Perform repairs and non-routine service actions, replacements and upgrades with limited supervision.
  • •Plan and execute complex procedures, ensuring parts, tools and information are available at start and adapting as needed for optimal results.
  • •Provide training and guidance to first-line engineers and peers to correct malfunctions and improve maintenance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • •Experience in semiconductor industry and escalation support/management
  • •Specialized knowledge of primary subsystem and product functionality
  • •Ability to gather information, diagnose and plan corrective actions with limited supervision
  • •Willingness to train and transfer knowledge to others (coaching)
