Job Summary

Own master data management and governance for assigned Collins Aerospace sites, aligning Site engineering, planning, and operations teams on materials, bill of materials (BoMs), and planning parameters. Ensure SAP Material Master settings are accurate and audit-ready, validate data, and facilitate Engineering Change (EC) implementation and communication from PLM to SAP. Partner across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to support planning needs and product costing impacts.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, maintain, and/or update site-specific master data for materials, BoMs, and planning parameters with Site teams.
•Ensure Material Master accuracy, completeness, and consistency across SAP and that settings support site planning strategies.
•Perform regular Material Master (MM) audits and data validation to identify and correct errors or gaps.
•Facilitate Engineering Change (EC) implementation and communication, ensuring changes flow from PLM to SAP for new, current, and NPI items.
•Drive and support BoM audits and quarterly governance activities; partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to support planning and operational requirements.

Salary: USD 95,500 - 181,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
•Experience with ERP Material Master and/or Material Master governance practices.
•Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
•Strong Excel skills for data analysis (e.g., Pivot Tables).
•Relevant ERP material master governance and audit/validation experience.
