Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, maintain, and/or update site-specific master data for materials, BoMs, and planning parameters with Site teams.
  • •Ensure Material Master accuracy, completeness, and consistency across SAP and that settings support site planning strategies.
  • •Perform regular Material Master (MM) audits and data validation to identify and correct errors or gaps.
  • •Facilitate Engineering Change (EC) implementation and communication, ensuring changes flow from PLM to SAP for new, current, and NPI items.
  • •Drive and support BoM audits and quarterly governance activities; partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to support planning and operational requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •Experience with ERP Material Master and/or Material Master governance practices.
  • •Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • •Strong Excel skills for data analysis (e.g., Pivot Tables).
  • •Relevant ERP material master governance and audit/validation experience.
