•Coordinate daily lot activities so vehicles are in the correct location and ready for auction, organizing vehicle flow and scheduling lot movement.
•Delegate tasks and distribute workloads to ensure pre-sale and lot maintenance requirements are met within aggressive timelines.
•Oversee onboarding and training for new team members on SOPs, safety protocols, and technical systems.

Key Requirements

•Prior leadership experience managing direct reports and holding them accountable.

•Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license; able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
•High school diploma or GED required; must read, write, speak, and understand English.
