Own monthly and mid-term production planning routines by evaluating programs, production requirements, and recovery plans. Define production scenarios using the plant calendar and available resources, then propose the best plan to meet plant/program needs. Prepare and lead master production meetings, obtain commitments, and challenge rescheduling. Build and analyze KPIs for execution and deliveries, define improvement actions, officialize scenarios, communicate plans, maintain planning parameters/models, and update SAP.
