Key Responsibilities

•Define the vision, roadmap, and core technical requirements for the Contract-to-Ledger ecosystem covering billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
•Maintain absolute ownership of the product backlog, functional data schemas, and software capabilities for end-to-end platform execution.
•Eliminate manual operational workarounds by designing automated system validation gates and scalable enterprise data handoffs.
•Partner with finance and executive leadership to translate commercial strategies and accounting policies into system logic.
•Direct external implementation partners or technical consultants through clear co-delivery gates while retaining control of core product strategy internally.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience, including direct management of Product Managers.
•Hands-on experience in product management or enterprise architecture across Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Hire-To-Pay lifecycles with strong accounting systems knowledge.
•Experience managing enterprise platform configurations, data integrations, and subscription modules, including tools such as Salesforce Billing, NetSuite ERP/ARM, Rippling, Carta, Fidelity, or ZoneBilling.
•Act as a consultative peer to executive stakeholders, navigating competing requests and advocating for scalability and standardized processes.
•Demonstrate excellence managing a technical product backlog, grooming user stories, sequencing priorities, and writing functional specifications, schemas, and execution criteria.
