Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute an investment strategy to transform the site, addressing food/safety compliance, risk management, growth, cost reduction, and equipment replacement with automation and digital solutions.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with finance, maintenance, operations, and supply chain to identify inefficiencies and align efforts toward financial recovery, operational excellence, and automation.
•Establish and oversee a risk management framework to assess/mitigate operational and financial risks; ensure capital investments align with long-term goals.
•Develop and execute a strategic Capex plan, prioritize high-impact projects, and manage budgets and resource allocation.
•Implement advanced performance monitoring systems to provide real-time insights on project execution, financials, and operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 151,000 annually
