Job Summary

Serve as a sales-focused Retail Personal Banker II, building customer relationships through consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment. You’ll promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, cross-sell to existing customers, and conduct outside sales activities. Partner closely with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to deliver holistic solutions, meet production and customer experience goals, and uphold risk, confidentiality, and ethical standards while progressing through onboarding and certification.

Key Responsibilities

•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Drive cross-selling through the existing customer base and directed outside sales activities.
•Partner with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers for holistic financial solutions while meeting production and customer experience goals.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
