Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet revenue growth, profitability, and client retention goals by acquiring new clients and expanding services to existing clients.
  • •Self-acquire new business through community involvement and external networking.
  • •Act as an expert “market moving” advisor for the most challenging, sensitive, and complex banking relationships.
  • •Develop referral relationships with external centers of influence and coordinate with specialists/IRM partners (credit, mortgage, planning, investment, trust/fiduciary, insurance) to protect cost-to-serve while driving prospect referrals.
  • •Maintain compliance and risk controls within audit, compliance, and regulatory frameworks; stay current on economic/legal/financial trends affecting affluent clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Maintain FINRA licensing including Series 7, Series 66, and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam as applicable, plus applicable life, health, and variable insurance licenses and continuing education.
  • •8+ years of sales and client management experience in wealth management managing portfolios for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients with complex credit and banking needs.
  • •Demonstrated interpersonal, sales, presentation, and relationship-management track record in the high net worth marketplace.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and an applicable NMLS background check.
