Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap and vision for Vendor Spend, defining sequenced plans and success metrics (adoption, cost and fraud reduction, revenue signals).
  • •Expand and streamline AP vendor payment methods (ACH, checks, direct-to-bank, card payments, international) to reduce time-to-payment and increase straight-through processing.
  • •Lead the 0→1 expense-management initiative, including Wrapbook-issued spend/purchasing cards and virtual AP cards with controls and accounting flowback.
  • •Advocate for accuracy, compliance, and fraud protection (positive pay/check-fraud prevention, ACH screening/AML controls, and vendor tax reporting such as 1099).
  • •Partner with engineering and Accounting to define payment rails and keep vendor payments correct in the ledger, while triaging cross-functional demands across Product, Client Operations, Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Support.

Key Requirements
