Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Bakery

Lead production teams at a bakery manufacturing plant by monitoring quality, productivity, and cost standards while driving process improvement. You’ll troubleshoot bottlenecks using root-cause analysis, enforce plant procedures and safety requirements, and ensure resources, training, and materials are in place to meet production schedules. Oversee goal tracking and gap analysis to create action plans and support continuous performance improvement during the second shift.
