Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in overseeing activities of construction crafts/trades within an assigned area of responsibility and participate in planning and coordination of subcontractor activities.
  • •Monitor subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence to project plans and promote quality control of installations.
  • •Review manpower, material, and equipment requirements with supervision and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
  • •Prepare reports and maintain project records, timekeeping, and submittals to support project management.
  • •Support the Project Manager in monitoring project delivery, schedules, and budget to ensure on-time, within-budget completion and compliance with company standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Experience in project or construction management of commercial and/or public or healthcare facility construction projects
  • •Experience in utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • •Experience in LEED-certified projects
  • •Two years full-time paid professional experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management (>$5M)
