Mortgage Loan Originator

Originates mortgage loans in an assigned metropolitan territory by taking applications, performing preliminary underwriting reviews, and submitting loans to processing and underwriting for approval. Follow up to ensure required documents are secured for processing, underwriting, and closing. Conduct sales-related activities away from U.S. Bank locations (at least 50% of the time), with NMLS registration, criminal background, and credit checks as part of the role.
