Key Responsibilities

•Manage multiple client engagements end-to-end by planning, executing, directing, and completing corporate tax projects across industries.
•Supervise, develop, train, and mentor staff on tax projects, including assessing performance and year-end reviews.
•Provide primary and secondary reviews of complex tax returns and ASC 740 income tax provision engagements, identifying accuracy and tax savings opportunities.
•Research and consult on various tax matters while maintaining strong client relationships as the primary service team contact.
•Support firm growth by leveraging external networks, participating in business development, and achieving sales and revenue targets while managing engagement fundamentals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,800 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in taxation, LLM in Taxation, or JD preferred; minimum five to seven years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience.
•CPA or JD/active law license required.
•Experience in corporate income tax with strong ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes skills.
•Proficiency in US GAAP and corporate income tax laws and regulations with broad statutory income tax compliance (state and local, international activity, transfer pricing).
•Experience in public accounting preferred; OneSource Tax Provision experience preferred.
