•Guide RF/microwave designs (e.g., front ends, LO/PLL, filters, mixers, PAs/LNAs, switches/couplers) to meet specifications and acceptance criteria.
•Lead advanced RF system modeling, troubleshooting, and simulation-to-measurement correlation using tools like LTspice and Ansys Designer.
•Own technical direction for selected product development projects from concept through release, partnering on scope, schedule, cost, resources, and risk planning.
•Mentor other engineers, lead design reviews, and strengthen test strategies and V&V approaches across project teams.

•12+ years with a Bachelors in EE/ECE (or 10+ with a Masters or Ph.D.)
•Proven experience designing, simulating, verifying, and releasing RF circuits/subsystems using industry-standard tools
•Mastery with RF instrumentation including VNA, spectrum/signal analyzers, vector generators, and oscilloscopes
•Programming/scripting proficiency (Python required; MATLAB/LabVIEW beneficial)
•Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future (MUST be US Citizen or possess a Green Card)
