Senior Airport Services Agent - Phuket, Thailand

Provide quality customer service for check-in, boarding, special services, baggage services, the ticket desk, and the Emirates Lounge in line with commercial, safety, and security standards. Execute boarding and post-flight procedures, support smooth EK departures, and liaise with the chauffeur service and baggage handling. Monitor check-in queues, manage priority customers, assist with ticketing/reservations and documentation, and oversee lounge support and contracted staff when required.
