Key Responsibilities

•Support the designated Bank Branch Network to increase insurance sales and achieve commercial targets.
•Build and maintain day-to-day collaboration with branch teams as the primary contact for insurance solutions and sales topics.
•Provide guidance and commercial support to Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to identify opportunities and leverage clients' portfolios.
•Organize and deliver trainings, product presentations and joint client visits to improve knowledge and conversion rates.
•Monitor KPIs, analyze branches' performance, and propose targeted improvement actions.
