Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global D2L process architecture, standards, governance, performance model, and transformation roadmap.
  • •Define the end-to-end process across product opportunity, development, validation, industrialization, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • •Integrate stage-gate and financial reviews across the product development lifecycle, evolving business cases through investment, cost, margin, revenue, timing, and risk.
  • •Enable digital, data, and systems integration across PLM, ALM, requirements management, ERP, quality, sourcing, analytics, and collaboration platforms.
  • •Establish launch-readiness criteria and lead continuous improvement to address rework, late requirements changes, schedule instability, and downstream quality or manufacturing issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Development, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
