Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide essential administrative and support functions to the cost controls team within the EPCI industry.
  • •Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking, including gathering, organizing, and maintaining accurate project cost data.
  • •Support preparation of detailed weekly and monthly cost and progress reports to management and the client covering cost and schedule.
  • •Conduct basic cost analyses such as cost trending and variance analysis, and assist with identifying discrepancies and cost-saving initiatives.
  • •Assist in maintaining the cost control system and support forecast updates, change order preparation/processing, and cash flow development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or 0 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Ability to work effectively as part of a team to support business goals.
  • •Strong coordination skills to gather cost data from project leaders, finance, and accounts.
  • •Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
  • •Good knowledge of MS Office and strong attention to detail for data entry, documentation, and report preparation.
