Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Employee Relations initiatives across Latin America, partnering with HR Business Partners, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Manage employee relations matters such as performance concerns, disciplinary processes, workplace accommodations, leave-related questions, and employee exits while ensuring policy and local compliance.
  • •Interpret and apply corporate policies and practices, local employment law, and regulations to provide advice and guidance.
  • •Prepare documentation, communications, and case summaries for employee relations matters.
  • •Support organizational changes and employee representation activities, including works councils, labor inspections, and collective bargaining requirements across the LATAM region.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Strong interest in employee relations, employment law, human resources, and workplace culture.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese for diverse audiences.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather information, identify key issues, and recommend solutions.
  • •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism; strong organizational skills and collaboration across teams.
