Job Summary

Provide senior technical leadership for environmental remediation and coal ash closure projects, supporting studies, design, and construction cost estimation. Lead and review discipline deliverables, including PS&E components and design calculations, while applying safety policies. Manage technical, cost, and schedule elements of project delivery and perform quality control within AECOM’s Quality Management System. Collaborate with technical leaders, clients, site personnel, and internal teams to pursue new opportunities.

•Provide senior technical advising and specialized input for studies and design within civil remediation expertise.
•Develop study and design procedures to enable high-quality, cost-effective work by others.
•Participate in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables and prepare technical specification sections.
•Develop construction cost estimates and estimate technical efforts, supporting engineering budget and schedule development.
•Manage technical, cost, and schedule elements of project delivery and perform quality control reviews of design calculations/drawings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Civil Engineering (or related) plus 6 years of related experience (or equivalent).
•Experience with Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR).

•Masters Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
•OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training certification (preferred).
