Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement processes, metrics, and tools to drive business outcomes, including defining touchpoints and validating source data across SQL, Oracle, and other systems.
•Build and maintain reporting for teams by delivering meaningful metrics and business results (e.g., forecasts, utilization) using robust data mapping, transformation, and data quality checks.
•Identify opportunities to automate and optimize workflows with a focus on scalability, data consistency, and reliable upstream/downstream data flows.
•Review, improve, and standardize analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security, including issue resolution and data quality monitoring.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, including Power BI UI updates, report maintenance, ongoing optimization, and user support.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
•Strong knowledge of DAX formulas, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Office 365.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
•Proficient in English.
