Key Responsibilities

  • •Support infrastructure project delivery, including deployment, installation, configuration, and validation.
  • •Perform physical installation and maintenance of infrastructure equipment in office and data center environments.
  • •Investigate and troubleshoot incidents across hardware, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/ESXi), storage/SAN, and network connectivity and infrastructure services.
  • •Monitor infrastructure environments and collaborate with SOC teams to identify, investigate, and resolve incidents.
  • •Manage vendor/manufacturer support cases, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years of experience in corporate infrastructure administration.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
  • •Experience with VMware/ESXi virtualization and Storage/SAN technologies.
  • •Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and networking concepts.
