Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on data protection security issues and incorporate DLP market trends to demonstrate customer value.
  • •Analyze Data Detection and Response platform event data to improve policies and incidents/alerts and focus on data-loss risk areas.
  • •Partner with clients to develop incident response workflows aligned to their security objectives and policies.
  • •Refine datasets and policies, identifying trends and driving requirements to enhance data detection and response capabilities.
  • •Prepare and present formal summaries and collaborate with Product and Development to improve monitoring and prevention; provide forensic analysis when requested.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years working with data protection products, including endpoint protection best practices and incident mitigation workflows.
  • •Experience advising on security issues related to data protection and insider risk (accidental and malicious).
  • •Expertise with DLP, Insider Threat, and CASB solutions, plus familiarity with SIEM/SOAR integrations.
  • •Strong understanding of macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
  • •Experience performing technical analysis and managing incident-response documentation and project work.
