Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with at least seven (7) years of turnkey construction management experience, or an Associate degree with at least nine (9) years, or no degree with at least twelve (12) years.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future; Eaton will not support immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans.
  • •Serve as a primary construction leader managing turnkey projects from pre-construction through commissioning, closeout, and client turnover.
  • •Strong knowledge of contracts/subcontracts, AIA documentation, construction document control, and managing change requests with contingency planning.
  • •Comprehensive safety and QA/QC capability, including construction safety programs (e.g., JSA, lockout/tagout) and accurate as-built documentation with punch lists and progress reporting.
