Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare shipment documentation and commercial invoices, ensuring complete broker/carrier documentation is stored centrally.
  • •Apply HTS classifications and country-of-origin determinations across shipment processes and systems in partnership with product and Legal & Compliance.
  • •Manage day-to-day customs broker relationships, coordinating clearance and reviewing broker performance against the classification framework.
  • •Monitor landed duties, catch unexpected outcomes, resolve clearance queries, and file claims when errors are found.
  • •Own the duty drawback program end to end, coordinating with Livingstone and preparing/validating claims for submission.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in global trade compliance or customs operations, including US, UK, and EU import/export work.
  • •Experience managing customs broker relationships and shipment documentation at volume.
  • •Experience filing duty drawback or tariff reclaim claims.
  • •Comfort working as an individual contributor with autonomy and building processes from scratch.
  • •Detail-oriented, process-minded, and able to coordinate external and internal stakeholders across Legal, Fulfilment, and Ops.
