Job Summary

Maintain and improve manufacturing tooling and equipment for consistent, high-quality production while ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. Install, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing tooling; develop maintenance procedures; and partner with manufacturing and manufacturing engineering teams. Support facility uptime by handling plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services, maintaining non-production equipment, and participating in on-call rotations using the BAS system. Hourly pay range is $30.00–$38.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, set up, repair, and maintain manufacturing tooling and equipment.
•Develop and update maintenance procedures and troubleshoot manufacturing process problems with manufacturing personnel.
•Assist Manufacturing Engineering as required.
•Maintain non-production equipment that supports production, and participate in on-call primary/secondary rotations using the BAS system.
•Execute and coordinate in-house electrical projects, inspections, and maintenance for a safe and compliant facility, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in Electrical, Electronics/PLC, and Refrigeration.
•Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
•GMP knowledge desired.
•Proficient in data/voice cabling and industrial electric service installation, maintenance, and repair.
•Advanced working knowledge of refrigeration testing/recovery/charging equipment and electrical testing tools (e.g., VOM, amperage meters, Megger).
