Lead the end-to-end design systems lifecycle for premium digital experiences, owning component libraries, token schemas, and the rules that keep interfaces consistent at scale. Collaborate directly with engineers inside code repositories to ship design-parity updates and maintain production-ready component repositories. Establish AI and automated interface governance, define guardrails for generative workflows, and measure adoption and experience coherence through clear UX metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and govern scalable component libraries across design files and code repositories, ensuring design parity with engineering.
•Establish AI and automated interface governance by defining system logic, prompt criteria, UX frameworks, and guardrails to prevent fragmented experiences.
•Map data schemas into structurally sound user flows and design component interactions for both human users and automated AI agents.
•Provide cross-functional pod leadership as a technical design peer to engineers, aligning or intentionally deviating from enterprise design system standards.
•Evaluate live experiences using UX metrics and guide the design community through workshops, onboarding, and contribution governance models.

Key Requirements

•At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design, Systems Design, or Design Engineering role.
•At least 5 years building and scaling multi-level design systems.
•Deep code literacy to navigate, review, and collaborate within front-end code repositories (e.g. React, HTML/CSS, or token pipelines).
•Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools or working with AI-assisted design/development pipelines.
•A strong portfolio demonstrating complex systems problem-solving and documentation of automated or dynamic layouts.
