Own and elevate the product design for Wise’s LATAM region as the first designer in that market. Partner with product, marketing, analytics, engineering, banking, and compliance to discover customer needs and ship scalable, locally relevant experiences for US customers. Establish design quality benchmarks, communicate design rationale through compelling storytelling, and balance systems thinking with regional insight to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.

•Systems thinker who connects global patterns and behaviors to identify local opportunities without fragmentation.
•Strategic partner who balances polish with purpose and ties design decisions to real user and business outcomes.
•Collaborative by default, able to design in the open and communicate clear rationale to advocate for a design-led approach.
