Job Summary

Assist in the installation and qualification of manufacturing systems and troubleshoot day-to-day production issues to improve throughput, yield, and product performance. Identify and implement process improvements, assign causes to yield excursions, and maintain gauges while responding to SPC process control alarms. Execute process experiments, analyze and report data, and support production by training associates and updating internal documentation, drawings, SOPs, and process specifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the installation and qualification of systems and troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues.

•Set up and maintain gauges and ensure processes run on target per the Process Control Plan.
•Respond to SPC process control alarms and bring processes back into control.
•Execute planned process experiments, collect/analyze data, report results, provide training, and update internal documentation (drawings, SOPs, process specifications).

•Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the manufacturing line.
•Good written and oral communications skills in English; ability to handle administrative as well as technical tasks.
