Job Summary

Support the Compliance Governance & Reporting Team by preparing reports and presentations, conducting data analysis, and maintaining regular reporting cadences for leadership and stakeholders. Coordinate deliverables and timelines, and manage PSPG governance work including document reviews, policy/procedure maintenance, approval tracking, and accurate recordkeeping across jurisdictions. Partner with local compliance teams to ensure materials align with regulations, templates, and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare reports and presentations for a range of audiences, drafting content and reviewing for accuracy and consistency.
•Perform data analysis and build periodic reporting for board members, executive leadership, and local compliance teams.
•Track and document successes, issues, and remediation actions, keeping leadership informed through a regular reporting cadence.
•Coordinate PSPG document reviews, supporting policy/standards/procedures maintenance across jurisdictions and resolving contradictions.
•Seek and document stakeholder approvals and maintain accurate PSPG records and status reporting (e.g., in review, final, retired).

Key Requirements

•Experience in compliance, risk management, audit, governance, project coordination, operations, or a similar administrative/support function, preferably in financial services, fintech, banking, or a regulated environment.
•Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
•Ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders, track deliverables, and ensure commitments are completed on time.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills across different levels of seniority.
•Comfort preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and status updates for management audiences.
