Vans: Assistant Manager - University Place Mall

Lead and develop a store team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences while partnering with the Store Manager to drive profitability. In the Store Manager’s absence, you assume full responsibility for the store. You’ll support sales and KPI performance, supervise daily operations, coach Brand Advocates, manage expenses and shrink, uphold visual merchandising standards, and ensure compliance with company policies.
