Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with safety practices, including daily safety meetings, T-5s, near-miss identification, and incident reporting.
  • •Verify QC requirements on field work and coordinate QC testing with subcontractors and QC technicians.
  • •Coordinate with Project Managers to establish and maintain project plans for schedule, budget, staffing, and prep activities.
  • •Manage subcontractor coordination for long-term and short-term needs, including roles, expectations, and equipment needs.
  • •Order materials and provide daily project feedback; communicate special conditions, restrictions, and unforeseen conditions to the Project Manager.

Key Requirements
