Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop in-product feature communications by partnering with Product Managers to publish roadmap updates, feature previews, release updates, and announcements in the portal.
  • •Manage docs-as-code workflows using GitHub and Markdown, leveraging pull requests and automated pipelines to draft, review, and ship technical content.
  • •Use generative AI tools to research complex topics, extract context from engineering specs, and draft documentation faster while maintaining accuracy.
  • •Write in-product guidance and microcopy including portal page descriptions, UI tooltips, and guided tours to help users navigate features.
  • •Optimize documentation for AI retrieval by structuring documentation architecture, metadata, and markdown so it can be ingested and referenced by AI assistants and AI-powered features.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in a technical writing role documenting complex technical products, cloud platforms, and/or developer tools.
  • •Ability to learn independently by exploring documentation, testing products, and diving into technical resources.
  • •Educational background (STEM degree) or professional experience (e.g., software development, QA, analytics, SOC, Incident Response, or IT).
  • •Mother-tongue level English with exceptional written communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise docs.
