Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, execute, and continuously evolve logistics strategies that optimize inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end-to-end transportation performance.
  • •Establish carrier performance frameworks, including KPIs/scorecards and real-time reporting, using analytics to drive measurable improvements.
  • •Lead strategic sourcing and manage carrier partnerships through RFPs, contract negotiations, rate/tariff optimization, and ongoing performance governance.
  • •Expand and optimize global logistics and transportation networks by identifying and onboarding new lanes, modes, and providers.
  • •Own logistics budget planning and lead escalations with root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and cross-functional accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
  • •5+ years developing and improving KPI frameworks and carrier performance management programs.
  • •5+ years leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnership management.
  • •5+ years people management experience leading, developing, and supporting logistics teams.
  • •Ability to comply with ITAR eligibility requirements for U.S. export regulations.
