Key Responsibilities

•Support clients in developing, implementing, and optimizing procurement and funding strategies aligned with greener and sustainable Net Zero outcomes.
•Assess business challenges, develop optimal solutions, and contribute to business case development and major infrastructure development using private capital.
•Deploy and tailor established processes, tools, and systems across different stages of the programme lifecycle, contributing to continuous improvement.
•Present ideas and outputs clearly and support successful adoption and realisation of business outcomes through strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
•Identify and progress business generation opportunities as appropriate, and maintain accountability for quality and client care.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Masters or MBA qualification, or equivalent experience.
•Experience in project finance and/or business case development, ideally in de-carbonisation and Net Zero.
•Experience working with the public sector, managing transactions/projects within public sector delivery settings across sectors and organisations.
•Understanding of UK policy guidance and economic benefit assessment, including social value, community benefits, and low carbon transition.
•Experience in bid proposals and the ability to prepare, define, and lead proposals while working alongside senior management.
